Mindfulness Meditation

The Institute for Jewish Spirituality and JPRO Network are offering you the benefits of mindful meditation through a Jewish lens. Sessions are led by an experienced Jewish mindfulness meditation instructor. Beginners welcome.

 

Talk It Out

Discuss your career challenges and explore the next steps with a group of supportive peers. The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies and JPRO Network are providing peer-to-peer discussion groups facilitated by a social worker and Jewish Human Service Agency career counselor.

 

RUACH: Emotional and Spiritual Support

RUACH connects Jewish care providers to individuals in need, looking to make emotional and spiritual support more accessible. Get between 4-6 fully subsidized sessions for immediate emotional and spiritual needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
