Come learn ways to boost productivity and decrease stress by incorporating being mindful daily in the workplace or at home. We will provide you with exercises and tips that you can utilize throughout your day to support an increase in awareness and decrease in distractions. It will also cover the research and science behind the overall benefits and importance of practicing mindfulness long-term. • Please note: All times are in Eastern Time Zone.
