This self-paced workshop is to support you in building essential skills in stress reduction and resiliency, and to offer new strategies for networking and interviewing that will propel your job search to the next level of success. In this five-day workshop, we will focus on: What is Mindfulness (and how does it support the job search?), Stress Reduction through Mindful Breathing, Creating a Mindful Elevator Pitch (a brief, persuasive speech that you use to spark someone’s interest while networking), Mindful Networking Strategies, and Mindful Interviewing Strategies. During the course of this workshop, you will receive daily emails that cover the topic for each day of the workshop and activities to be completed each day that encourage reflection on the daily lesson and reinforce your learning. You won’t have to sign into Zoom for this workshop – that is just for registration purposes.
