Have you ever accepted a job that sounded great, but found yourself dissatisfied early on? Have you ever accepted a job offer solely based on the salary and then quickly realized that other parts of the job were not a good fit? This workshop will focus on the pre-work you should do prior to applying for jobs to have the best chance of being satisfied in your new position. As a career coach, I help my clients think about what’s important to them in a job in the first or second meeting. Why? Because this work shapes how they will discern each job for which they apply. Once they receive a job offer, the decision is obvious, because they have already determined their personal criteria for a good offer well in advance.
