This workshop is intended to help participants identify their personality type and their career type. Careers are determined by an interaction between our personality and the environment – we want jobs with people like us! The goal is to create greater self-understanding, facilitate better career choices, and identify individual career development needs. Once a participant registers, they will receive an email from the host to complete a quick career interest assessment. This assessment needs to be completed before the workshop, as individual assessment results will be discussed during the workshop
