The training will teach staff person-centered skills needed to support campers so they can engineer magical camp experiences that last a lifetime. It will be facilitated by experts in the fields of suicide prevention, mental wellness, and relationship-building.

Skills taught include:

• Empathy
• Building rapport
• Dialectical Thinking
• Healthy Boundaries
