This extraordinary panel will help you find ways to address the anxiety and stress so prevalent today in our youth – toddlers, elementary age, and teens.  Join our discussion and learn to:

  • Communicate with children more effectively
  • Help children cope with stressors
  • Engage with children in more meaningful ways
  • Acquire and experience strategies needed for adults to be present and stay calm when navigating difficult situations and emotions
