From Head to Heart: Filling Your Cup and Honoring Spiritual Wellbeing

2:00PM - 3:30PM

One of the most powerful ways to promote youth wellbeing is by modeling healthy behaviors. For our June Resiliency Roundtable, this interactive, hands-on workshop will elevate Jewish practices that blend science and soul to restore balance. Each experiential session will be a chance for you to explore embodied practices, regulation techniques and Jewish wisdom, so you can refill your cup as you continue to meet this moment. Together we’ll consider strategies to bring these Jewish well-being practices back to your staff, teams and the young people you work with.

The Resiliency Roundtable is a virtual, North American network dedicated to promoting youth wellbeing in the Jewish community. We bring together diverse stakeholders who care about young people (ages 12-26), including educators, engagement professionals, and clinicians, for learning and networking on important topics impacting youth wellbeing. Please be in touch with Kate Greene, Director of the Resiliency Roundtable, with any questions, suggestions, or requests for accommodations: kate.greene@jewishfederations.org. To access resources from previous conversations, go to the BeWell website: jewishtogether.org/bewell/resiliency-roundtable

If you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach a trained counselor within the lifeline network. This communication is confidential and free.
