Social connection is a powerful protective factor for youth well-being. It can help curb loneliness, ease worry, and bolster support when times are tough. There is great strength in the Jewish community for promoting these connections, deepening relationships, and building meaningful environments that nurture youth well-being. We’ll consider the rich wisdom in our tradition guiding us to care for one another and be in community. Explore belonging as a measurable element of your programs and access tools to enhance your Jewish engagement spaces. Together, we’ll uncover best practices for combatting loneliness and strengthening connections for Jewish youth and young adults. Join us for December Resiliency Roundtable's conversation, Kehillah Kedosha: Addressing Youth Loneliness & Isolation with Meaningful Connection & Community.
The Resiliency Roundtable is a virtual, North American network dedicated to promoting youth wellbeing in the Jewish community. We bring together diverse stakeholders who care about young people (ages 12-26), including educators, engagement professionals, and clinicians, for learning and networking on important topics impacting youth wellbeing.
Please be in touch with Kate Greene, Director of the Resiliency Roundtable, with any questions, suggestions, or requests for accommodations: kate.greene@jewishfederations.org.
